Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing People Operations team in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a recruiting-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to attract exceptional talent.

As a key member of the People team, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and technical roles while supporting broader HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to develop talent strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and help scale the organization with top-tier talent.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings through offer acceptance and pre-boarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build proactive pipelines of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and specialized positions
  • Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement
  • Provide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting documentation within the ATS
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion
  • Support additional HR initiatives including onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and People Operations projects as the company continues to grow

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations experience
  • Proven success recruiting corporate, technical, or leadership-level talent
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and referral strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and candidate relationship management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience within healthcare, digital health, technology, or high-growth organizations is preferred
