About the Role

We’re seeking a hands‑on Webflow Designer with deep Webflow expertise and front-end development skills who knows how to push Webflow past its native limits using custom code and animation libraries to build motion-rich, responsive, high-polish sites.

You will build, maintain, and optimize real, live websites and campaigns and be part of the team setting marketing strategy and delivering results. You will report directly to [ Manager ] and work closely with designers, copywriters, SEO strategists, and analytics experts.

A portfolio and/or samples of work are required.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate high-fidelity designs (from Figma) into clean, semantic, and responsive builds
  • Build and maintain our Webflow marketing site, with a strong focus on motion and custom interactivity
  • Implement animations and interactions using both Webflow tools and custom code (GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lottie, or plain old JS)
  • Write and manage reusable components and styles using best practices
  • Collaborate with design, product, and brand teams to refine and ship high-quality features quickly
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser responsiveness
  • Implementing and iterating landing page experiments (A/B or multivariate tests) in Webflow, integrating results into site updates in collaboration with marketing to improve funnel performance or messaging.
  • Optimizing for SEO and site performance, including metadata setup, image optimization, page load speed, clean class structure, and semantic markup.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on Webflow development, including CMS, interactions, SEO setup, and custom embed work. Portfolio of at least 3 live Webflow sites required.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for crafting bespoke interactions or site behaviors beyond Webflow’s Designer.
  • Conversion optimization mindset: familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO, Google Optimize), understanding of CTA strategy, bounce rate, and lead‑gen funnel metrics
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate tightly with marketing, design, and analytics team members.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience in healthtech or mission-driven consumer brands
  • Familiarity with Figma-to-Webflow workflows

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Direct impact on marketing performance through A/B testing, SEO, and conversion improvements.
  • Creative autonomy + technical growth: push Webflow with advanced interactions and custom code.
  • Reporting directly to leadership, your feedback drives strategy.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary or consulting rate based on market norms.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced marketing-driven environment.
  • Opportunity to build, measure, and iterate your own features.

How To Apply

Please send:
